300g of sausage or frozen sausages



One tablespoon olive oil





Direction:



Remove sausages directly from the freezer and place them in the fryer basket.



To defrost sausages and remove some of their fat, you must boil them for 5 to 10 minutes, and then prick food to remove all the remaining fat.



Then separate the sausages and chorizos on a tray or bowl.



Add a tablespoon of your favorite oil (preferably olive oil), in the bowl and mix the sausage well with the oil.
