Ingredients:







1 slice of brioche bread,



64 mm thick, preferably rancid



113g cream cheese



2 eggs



15 ml of milk



30 ml whipping cream



38g of sugar



3g cinnamon



2 ml vanilla extract



Nonstick Spray Oil



Pistachios chopped to cover



Maple syrup, to serve





Direction:



Preheat the air fryer, set it to 175°C.



Cut a slit in the middle of the muffin.



Fill the inside of the slit with cream cheese. Leave aside.



Mix the eggs, milk, whipping cream, sugar, cinnamon and vanilla extract.



Moisten the stuffed French toast in the egg mixture for 10 seconds on each side.



Sprinkle each side of French toast with oil spray.



Place the French toast in the preheated air fryer and cook for 10 minutes at 175°C



Stir the French toast carefully with a spatula when you finish cooking.



Serve topped with chopped pistachios and acrid syrup.
