Ingredients:







400g diced curd cheese



3 whole eggs



300g of flour mixed with 1 tbsp of cornstarch



300g of breadcrumbs





Direction:



Place the breadcrumbs in a nonstick pot or skillet over medium heat, stirring all the time until it acquires a gold color, lightly toasted, this will give it a better look in the final result.



Cut the cheese into cubes. Involve the cheese cubes in the lightly beaten cut eggs, then in the mixture of wheat flour with corn starch, again in the eggs and finally in the breadcrumbs. Squeeze after the breadcrumbs. Spread the already breaded squares on a baking sheet and bring freezer for approximately two hours.



Preheat the Air fryer. Set the time of 5 minutes and the temperature to 2000C.



Place the cheese cubes in the basket of the Air fryer. Set the time to 5 minutes and press the power button. Shake the basket in half the time to get a more uniform result. At the end, transfer to a plate and serve next.
