Ingredients:







Fillet



12 ml of vegetable oil



16 oz Steak



Salt and pepper to taste



60 ml of extra virgin olive oil



20g fresh basil



20g coriander



20g parsley



4 anchovy fillets



1 small shallot



2 cloves garlic, peeled



1 lemon, juice



A pinch of crushed red pepper





Direction:



Combine all the ingredients of the chimichurri sauce in a blender and mix until you reach the desired consistency.



Preheat the air fryer by pressing Start/Pause



Rub vegetable oil in the fryer on the steak and season with salt and pepper.



Place the fillet in the preheated air fryer.



Select Steak, set the time to 6 minutes (so that it is half cooked) and press Start/Pause.



Allow the steak to rest for 5 minutes when finished.



Finally, cover with chimichurri sauce and serve.
