Ingredients:

5 and ½ cups of wheat flour tea

200g grated mozzarella cheese



3 large tomatoes



1 tbsp oregano



Salt and pepper to taste





Direction:



Mix the water, yeast, oil, salt, and flour. Divide the dough into 5 parts and let stand for a 10 minutes on the surface greased with olive oil or butter and covered with a cloth.



Pass the tomatoes for food processor rummaging into slightly large pieces and season with salt, pepper and oregano and reserve. Divide the ingredients fill in 5 parts and set aside. Preheat the Air fryer. Set the time of 5 minutes and the temperature to 2000C.



Open each portion of dough with your hands leaving the center flatter and thicker, making the edge of the dough. Open in a size that fits in the basket of your Air fryer. Place the dough, fix, but do not squeeze so that the dough does not enter the holes in the basket. Set the time of 10 minutes and the temperature to 1800C.



Once that time has passed, a little tomato sauce is poured into the center of the dough and the spread of the edges. Place the mozzarella cheese on top and slices of salami. Brush with butter or margarine on the edge of the pizza. Set another 5 to 10 minutes at 2000C and press the power button until the edges begin to brown.
