Flank Steak With Balsamic Mustard










Preparation time: 10 minutes. Cooking time: 2h 15 minutes. Serve: 3


Ingredients:







60 ml of olive oil



60 ml balsamic vinegar



36g Dijon mustard



16 oz flank steak



Salt and pepper to taste



4 basil leaves, sliced





Direction:



Mix olive oil, balsamic vinegar and mustard. Mix them to create a marinade.



Put the steak directly in the marinade. Cover with plastic wrap and marinate in the fridge for 2 hours or at night.



Remove from the refrigerator and let it reach room temperature.



Preheat the air fryer by pressing Start/Pause.



Place the fillet in the preheated air fryer, select Fillet and press Start/Pause.



Cut the steak at an angle through the muscle. Season with salt and pepper and decorate with basil to serve.
