Streusel Coffee Muffins

Ingredients:





Crispy Deck



13g white sugar



16g light brown sugar



1g of cinnamon



2g of salt



14g unsalted butter, melted



24g all-purpose flour


Muffin



90g all-purpose flour



53g light brown sugar



4g baking powder



1g of baking soda



2g cinnamon



1g of salt



112 g sour cream



42g unsalted butter, melted



1 egg



4 ml vanilla extract



Nonstick Spray Oil





Direction:



Mix all the ingredients of the crispy cover until they form thick crumbs. Set aside. Put the flour, brown sugar, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon and salt in a large bowl. Mix sour cream, butter, egg and vanilla in a separate bowl until combined. Mix the wet ingredients with the dry ingredients until well combined.



Preheat the air fryer, set it to 175°C. Grease the muffin pans with oil spray and pour the mixture until the cups are 3/4.



Sprinkle the top of the muffins with the crispy topping. Place the muffin molds in the preheated air fryer. You may have to work in batches. Cook the muffins at 175°C for 12 minutes.
