Spring Rolls

Ingredients:







8 sheets of Philo pasta



2 onions



2 carrots



1 piece of Chinese cabbage



75g of bean sprouts



Salt



Ground pepper



Extra virgin olive oil



1 dash of soy sauce





Direction:



Grate the carrots, cabbage, and onions.



Put in the Wok some extra virgin olive oil.



When it's hot, add the vegetables,



Season and saute without losing the crunchy touch.



Incorporate the bean sprouts and the soy sauce.



Sauté and let temper so that the Philo pasta does not get very wet.



Extend the sheets, distribute the filling between the sheets and roll up, in the form of a roll, that is, the filling in the center of the sheet. Give the first fold from the bottom up, then the sides mount them on top of each other and now you end up spinning up its width.



Place in the basket of the Air fryer, 2 in 2.



Paint with oil.



Select 20 minutes, 18000C.



Make all the rolls.



When you have them all done, place all in the basket of the Air fryer, one over the other carefully. Select 5 minutes, 18000C and give a heat stroke so that all are served hot.
