Ingredients:
1 large chicken breast
Egg
Bread crumbs
Extra virgin olive oil
Salt
Ground pepper
Soy sauce
Sesame
Direction:
Cut the breast into fillets and put in a bowl.
Season.
Add soy sauce and sesame. Flirt well and leave 30 minutes.
Beat the eggs and pass all the steaks through the beaten egg and the breadcrumbs.
With a silicone brush, permeate the fillets well on both sides.
Place on the grill of the Air fryer and select 180 degrees, 20 minutes.
Make the fillets in batches so that they pile against each other.
