1 onion

1 carrot

150g broccolis

1 can of sweet corn

Extra virgin olive oil

Salt

Ground pepper

Soy sauce

1 bag of rice three delicacies

Direction:

Start with the vegetable that you have to cook previously, stop them, peel the carrot.

Cut the carrot and broccoli as small as you can. Add the broccolis and the carrot to a pot with boiling water and let cook a few minutes, they have to be tender, but not too much, that crunch a little.

Drain well and reserve.

Cut the onion into julienne.

Cut the breast into strips.

In the Wok, put some extra virgin olive oil.

Add to the wok when it is hot, the onion and the chicken breast.

Saute well until the chicken is cooked.

Drain the corn and add to the wok along with the broccolis and the carrot.

Sauté so that the ingredients are mixed.

Add salt, ground pepper and a little soy sauce.

Mix well and let the filling cool.

Hydrate the rice pasta sheets.

Spread on the work table and distribute the filling between the sheets of rice paste.

Assemble the rolls and paint with a little oil.

Put in the Air fryer, those who enter do not pile up.

Select 10 minutes 200 degrees.

When you have all the rolls made, the first ones will have cooled, because to solve it, you now place all the rolls already cooked inside the Air fryer, now it does not matter that they are piled up.

Select 180 degrees, 5 minutes.
